岗位职责 一、前端直销方案预判工作（Frontloading DtC suggestions） 1、负责完成产品概念及设计定型方案的精细化成本核算工作。 Prepare detailed cost calculations for product concepts and design fixed solutions. 2、结合适配的生产设备、装置及工装工具，搭建并制定生产概念核算模型。 Develop production concept calculation models based on matched production machines, devices and tools. 3、在产品全研发阶段，针对自制件及外购零部件，为设计工程师提供生产工艺相关技术指导与支持。 Provide technical manufacturing guidance to design engineers for in-house produced parts and purchased parts in all stages of product development. 二、目标成本管控工作（Should Cost） 1、分析供应商报价及成本拆解明细，梳理成本痛点，提出成本优化改进方案。 Analyze supplier quotations and cost breakdown details, and put forward corresponding optimization measures. 2、与潜在供应商开展技术对接沟通，必要时配合采购部门完成价格谈判工作。 Conduct technical discussions with potential suppliers and support the purchasing department in price negotiations when necessary. 3、迭代优化各类生产工艺的生产周期测算工具及信息化核算系统。 Continuously upgrade and optimize cycle time calculators and IT tools applicable to various production technologies. 4、组织开展供应商专项研讨会，完成价值流分析及深度工艺技术研讨工作。 Organize supplier workshops to carry out value stream analysis and in-depth technological discussions. 三、成本优化机会挖掘（Opportunities） 1、挖掘各类降本增效机会，支撑年度降本战略落地实施。 Identify cost reduction opportunities to support the implementation of the annual cost-down strategy. 2、为各类零部件及项目制定合理的目标成本建议方案。 Put forward targeted cost suggestions for required components and projects. 3、调研市场新型生产理念、工艺方案及行业降本发展趋势。 Explore the market for new production concepts and industry cost reduction trends. 任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，机械相关专业； 2、5-8年机械成本工程相关工作经验； 3、具备沟通协作、团队合作及时间管理能力； 4、熟悉机械钣金工艺，掌握成本核算、数据分析、产品设计技能； 5、大学英语六级，熟练掌握听说读写能力； 6、熟练操作2D/3D CAD、办公软件及TcPCM系统。
