Ensure the display in sales floor, storage area, and merchandise processing is in line with corporate standards. 2. 分析各类销售报告，及时把握商品销售机会，促进各部门销售及利润的最大化； Analyze Utilize various reports to timely seek out the sales opportunities and push the teams’ sales and profit to the maximum extend.

• 执行有关防损及风险控制政策并有效控制各项费用开支； Ensure the loss and risk prevention policies implementation, control and save various expenses.
• 组织员工活动，在部门内营造公平透明的沟通氛围，不断提高员工士气，实施和监督人员发展培训计划，以满足公司扩张和发展的人员需求。 Organize associate activities; establish open communication within department; bring up associate morale; execute and supervise the implementation of People Development Plans to satisfy the people needs from business expansion. 5. 通过培训、宣传、考核等方式，提高团队服务意识与技能，以保证持续提供高质量的会员服务。 Continually train up associates’ sense and skills of customer service to ensure consistent quality of members’ service.

任职资格: 1、大专Junior College 2、5年以上相关工作经验at least 5 years’ related working experiences 3、熟悉零售市场及国家零售法规和相关财务知识，有极强的学习及组织能力，善于沟通和激励员工。个性外向、成熟、有理想并有魄力。Must be familiar with retailing market, national retailing laws and regulations as well as financial knowledge.
