• Lead system requirement analysis and technical implementation management, cascading system-level requirements to sub-components and defining the overall technical architecture.
• Design system solutions based on the Brose platform, tailoring concepts to customer-specific requirements and driving key technical decisions through to implementation.
• Act as the primary technical interface for cross-functional coordination, ensuring effective collaboration across hardware, software, application, testing, and quality teams.
• Work closely with engineering specialists and domain experts to finalize system concepts and designs, including technical risk assessment and mitigation.
• Leverage a solid electronics/hardware/SW development background to evaluate system-level hardware designs (e.g. MCU, sensors, power supply, interfaces), and support electronics market scouting, feature-level benchmarking, and product strategy development in collaboration with advanced engineering teams. Your Profile
• Experience in requirements engineering, including familiarity with relevant methods, processes, and tools.
• Solid and well‑grounded technical understanding of power electronics systems.
• Hands‑on experience in electronics design, covering both hardware and software aspects.
• Proven background in hardware design, with the ability to understand, review, and assess electronic hardware schematics and system‑level designs.
• Proven ability to perform structured and systematic problem solving in complex technical environments.
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) is a plus.
• Experience with NEV (New Energy Vehicle) thermal system development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
