该职位来源于猎聘 JOB SUMMARY Operates, inspects, and maintains electrical equipment for commercial building and R&D center in assigned facilities to achieve most efficient results. Assures that equipment is being maintained in a safe manner, minimizes down time through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance. Provide engineering support for electrical systems, energy management, and building management system. 负责商业建筑和研发中心的电气设施设备的运行检查和维护工作，以达到最有效的结果。确保设备以安全的方式进行维护，通过主动性能测试和定期维护，最大限度的减少停机时间。为电气系统、能源管理和楼宇管理系统提供工程技术支持。 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Provides electrical professional support and management on daily operation and maintenance activities. 为日常运行和维护提供电气专业支持和管理。  Responsible for developing the maintenance plan and promoting the implementation of electrical system based on the safety requirements and related standards and specifications to ensure the stable operation of electrical. 负责根据安全要求及相关标准规范，制定电气系统维保计划，推动并监督实施，确保电气系统稳定运行。  Responsible for energy management, collect and analyze energy consumption data, identifying improvement points, and continuously planning and promoting energy-saving measures. 负责能源管理，分析能耗数据，识别改善点，持续策划和推进节能措施。  Responsible for establishing electrical system related SOP and providing technical training on operation, maintenance, and safety knowledge to on-site technician team. 负责制定电气系统相关标准作业流程，对现场技术员提供操作、维护及安全知识的技术培训。  Responsible for troubleshooting and upgrading the electrical system, providing technical solutions for risk control measures, and upgrading of the system. 负责电气系统的故障处理和改造升级，对系统的风险控制措施和升级改造提供技术方案。  Earlier engagement in new project, including provide design proposal, construction, T&C proposal comments, handover acceptance, defects list setup and follow up of electrical system. 新建项目的前期参与，包括为电气系统的设计方案、施工、测试方案提供建议，移交验收，缺陷清单的制定及跟踪。  Participate in the electrical system related planning, design, acceptance, and closed-loop handling of lab renovation projects to ensure project handover to operation smoothly. Be able to review or check the rationality of electrical system and BMS system design proposal, calculation sheets, construction plan and quotations. 参与实验室改造项目中电气系统的规划设计、验收和遗留问题闭环处理，保障改造项目顺利转运维。能够审核电气系统和的设计方案、计算书、施工方案及报价的合理性。  Good knowledge of PLC/DDC, including energy SCADA, intelligence lighting system, HVAC system, process system like DI water system, special gas system, etc. 熟悉PLC/DDC，包括能源数据采集及监控系统、智能照明系统、暖通空调系统、工艺系统，如纯水系统、特殊气体系统等。  Performs other duties as assigned.领导分配的其他职责。
