- 異常產品事件（MRB）處理、製程變更管理（PCRB）、Audit與系統流程優化
- 參與跨國技術會議（電話/視訊），需跨時區溝通協調，並可擔任跨時區會議主持與議題推進
- CAR 之督導管理與追蹤
- 支援客戶稽核：報告撰寫、資料彙整與現場應對
【資格條件】 學歷要求：大學
科系要求：電機電子工程相關 │ 工程學科類(全部)
相關經驗：4年以上
語言能力：英文 優級
管理責任：No
輪班需求：Yes
出差需求：未定
外派需求：No
其他條件：
- 具備 Flash製程開發或整合工程4 年以上工作經驗，熟悉Flash製程流程尤佳
- 需具備半導體元件與製程知識，熱心溝通且樂於挑戰疑難雜症者
- 具問題分析、溝通協調能力者
- 能配合跨國會議時段，具跨時區主持與彈性加班安排能力
