该职位来源于猎聘 PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Stand from RF side, work with SAA team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality; build and maintain relation with Key-customer‘s RD team, to ensure success in long term business relation MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Well communication with customer to figure out customer‘s tech requirement;
• Evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer;
• Make RF design for certain project;
• Prepare RF sample, approval sheet, RF test instruction, with PM/ME;
• Work with ME/PM for all design documentation from RF side;
• Proactively involve project activities for RF and general projects issue;
• Proactively involve general department issue and provide training or other help for new comer;
• Support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non-design issue per reporter‘s arrangement. JOB SPECIFICATION
• University degree major in RF discipline;
• At least 1 years RF design experience in mass production industry is preferable;
• RF knowledge, ISO9000, Product Creation Procedure;
• Work with team member with different individual natural;
• Arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way;
• Good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, decision making; -written English, team work, constructive, proactive.
