该职位来源于猎聘 岗位描述： 1. 负责电加热器的前期项目争取 2.负责电加热器产品的本地开发工作，包含零部件开发，总成验证及客户认可 3.负责与马勒欧洲及客户的沟通协调 4. 支持工艺科及质量部进行生产线调试及试生产 5. 协助系统部件进行系统集成化验证 6. 协助产品开发管理团队对更改相关报告进行收集及分析 7.负责电加热器降本方案的实施 8.日常经验教训共享，及方法培训 人员要求： 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经历 2.熟悉汽车行业质量管理体系IATF16949 3.熟悉电加热器的工作原理及开发验证 4.熟悉控电加热器软硬件设计者优先 5.积极主动的团队协调能力 6.良好的英语能力及沟通技能
