岗位职责： 1. 参与社区内容质量与讨论氛围治理。通过分析用户负反馈、提取违规/低质内容特征，定位生态问题并输出具体的治理方案。 2. 结合大模型能力，通过日常内容评估与样本评测，持续优化社区审核规则及机器识别策略。 任职要求： 1. 熟悉各类大模型工具的使用，学习能力强，能快速理解业务逻辑。 2. 具备扎实的数据分析能力，能敏锐地从日常数据中发现问题并寻找归因。 3. 具备强烈的 Owner 意识和执行力，能主动推进项目落地并拿到结果。"
