• Design, develop, and test analog and digital electronic circuits for chemical analysis instruments, including power supplies, signal conditioning, and control modules.
• Develop and optimize RF generator and oscillator circuits for analytical applications such as spectroscopy or plasma-based systems.
• Design and implement high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, chemistry) to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration of electrical subsystems.
• Conduct EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) design, testing, and troubleshooting to meet regulatory and performance requirements.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and design documentation using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
• Perform circuit simulation, prototyping, validation, and failure analysis to ensure design robustness.
• Provide basic firmware collaboration support and interface effectively with embedded software engineers.
• Support product certification, manufacturing transfer, and sustaining engineering activities. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic circuit design, preferably in analytical instruments, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
• Hands-on experience with RF generator and oscillator circuit design and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in designing high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, including power distribution and protection systems.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuit design (microcontrollers, FPGAs, communication interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART).
• Solid understanding of EMC/EMI principles and experience with compliance testing (e.g., CE, FCC).
• Familiarity with firmware development processes and the ability to collaborate with firmware engineers.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Eagle) and circuit simulation software (e.g., LTspice, PSpice).
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for global teamwork and documentation. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with analog sensor interfaces (e.g., photodiodes, transimpedance amplifiers).
• Knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity analysis.
• Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., IEC 61010) for laboratory or medical equipment.
• Experience with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).
• Proficiency in Mandarin for local collaboration.
