该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and assemblies for chemical analysis instruments, including enclosures, fluidic systems, and thermal management modules.
• Lead mold design and development for plastic and metal components, ensuring manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and high quality.
• Design and implement efficient heat exchange systems (air cooling and water cooling) to manage thermal loads within sensitive analytical devices.
• Select appropriate materials based on chemical compatibility, mechanical properties, and regulatory requirements for analytical applications.
• Ensure mechanical designs comply with Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standards and regulations.
• Design and integrate vacuum systems and pressure sensing components, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with electrical, software, and chemical engineers to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
• Conduct prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including 3D models, drawings, specifications, and test reports.
• Support manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams during product transition and launch. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on mechanical design experience, preferably in analytical instruments, medical devices, or precision machinery.
• Proven expertise in mold design and manufacturing processes (injection molding, die casting, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer principles and experience designing air/water cooling systems.
• Solid understanding of materials science, especially regarding chemical resistance and material degradation.
• Practical experience with EMC design considerations and testing for mechanical enclosures and systems.
• Hands-on experience with vacuum system design and pressure sensor integration.
• Fundamental knowledge of chemistry to understand application requirements and material interactions.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CREO, Inventor) and engineering simulation tools.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration in an international environment. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural, thermal, or fluid dynamics simulations.
• Knowledge of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) for thermal and fluid system optimization.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, SEMI).
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for local collaboration.
