该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、现场产品质量判定，检验员与现场员工对于产品判定标准出现争议时，做评审,判定是否合格，并及时进行现场标准培训 2、处理客户投诉，根据投诉内容分析原因，划分责任归属，制定改进措施，及时反馈给客户端相关信息，跟进并实施直至投诉的问题得到根本解决，客户端关闭投诉项目。 3、客户端市场退回件的分析与处理，根据客户要求回复分析报告以及返回件的具体处理方式并及时处理； 4、积极改进并推动工厂内部过程质量的提升，保证产品生产过程的正确有序进行。 5、每周收集所负责客户的质量数据并向主管报告（包括顾客抱怨，PPM，AUDIT扣分，CS1000）； 任职资格： 1、大专以上学历 2、质量管理或相关专业优先 3、3年以上过程质量和顾客质量管理工作经验
