该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： Job Objective  Supporting those responsible in preparing quotations within the context of technical quality-related matters, estimating the scope of testing  Carrying out risk assessment in the quotation phase on the basis of customers' quality requirements(requirement specification or customer requirements) using existing processes and methods; indicating critical quality requirements and reliability risks as well as deriving alternatives  Preparing and updating quality planning documents for product development and process planning using existing processes and methods up to handover to Quality Assurance (quality product/customer)  Planning and defining test strategies; planning corresponding testing capacities for the respective testing laboratories  Examining the suitability of testing equipment, if necessary taking customers' testing equipment into account on the basis of off-tool parts  Carrying out proof of function for the operating equipment; releasing the operating equipment using existing methods and processes  Coordinating the initial sample inspection with the customer, preparing the initial sample inspection report according to customer specifications and presenting the initial samples for customer release; carrying out device release on the basis of quality plans and quality proofs (test reports)  Agreeing device-specific test features and methods with the customer  Drawing up and arranging for necessary corrective actions in the event of quality-related deviations in cooperation with the project team and monitoring their implementation  Identifying and escalating relevant quality problems - that can not be solved by the project team – to the adequate management level in agreement with those responsible, involving superiors if necessary  Analyzing quality-related requirements (drawings, requirement specification etc.) for internal and external suppliers for completeness and plausibility  Introducing, coordinating and monitoring quality-related activities at suppliers (audit, QIP etc.)  Preparing and supporting project reviews and project audits from quality side; monitoring the resulting measures  Making sure that defined quality methods are observed in development; methodical accompaniment and instruction of the project team in the respective quality techniques  Making sure that special characteristics are identified and coordinated and agreed with the customer; ensuring complete markings, monitoring and documentation in cooperation with the positions Q Product/Customer and Q-Planner Purchased Parts  Integrating internal and external services provided taking customer requirements into consideration  Preparation of and involvement in supplier and customer audits  Preparing and evaluating concepts to improve and guarantee existing product and process qualification measures; selection of solutions in agreement with those responsible  Adapting and further developing existing or new methods, processes and systems to improve specific quality; drawing up and looking after solution concepts until they are ready for application 定义新产品质量要求及验证： 1，DVP、尺寸、外观标准及工程相关标准文件的制定及取得客户认可； 2，检具及实验支架标准及式样的制定及取得客户认可； 3，MSA、SPC分析； 4，工程内及客户标准样件、限度样件的制定； ESO、PPAP文件的承认； 1，质量文件与设计文件、过程文件一致性的确认； 2、ESO\PPAP\PSW等阶段性文件的收集、做成及认可； 3、公司内部full run审核及客户审核； 先期转量产质量保证体系的建立； 1、质量、生产人员的质量标准培训； 2、生准期间质量问题再整备； 3、质量问题原因及对策分析教育； Qualifications  Fluent oral and written English
