• Pre-order sales support, for projects for Hangzhou factory and foreign factories
• Product introduction support, technical requirements clarification,technical solution communication
• Technical solution preparation, quote creation, cost calculation
• Comply with and execute internal quality control processes (Quality Gate etc.)
• Bidding documentation preparation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS) comments etc
• Order execution, for projects for Hangzhou factory and foreign factories
• Draft contract, quality control (Quality Gate etc.), release Order Processing Sheet (OPS)
• Transfer project to project management department
• Other duties and work as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or pharmaceutical area.
• 3 years working experience above.
• Working or study experience in a foreign culture is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant technical regulations standards and regulations (EG: GMP FDA) .
• Good communication skill and strong executive ability .
• Good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
• Confidence in dealing with customers 6. Willingness to travel.
