该职位来源于猎聘 Purpose of Position: As part of VAVE engineering team in Zhuhai China, the primary role of this position is to improve reliability and reduce costs of Videojet products by working with global R&D teams and procurement teams. 职位目的: 作为中国珠海VAVE工程团队的一员，该职位的主要职责是与全球研发和采购团队合作，提升Videojet产品的可靠性并降低成本。

Essential Functions

• Work on projects mainly involving VAVE on existing products. Some sustaining projects are also expected.
• Take technical ownership of the mechanical area; work with cross functional teams, such as Sourcing, Quality, Service, Tech support, Suppliers, and Operations to ensure the successful implementation of design changes.
• Perform 3D/2D drawings, Bill of Materials creation/update/maintenance and mechanical design engineering.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to improve reliability and reduce costs of Videojet products, and meantime quality and customer needs are not impacted.
• Create Test Plans to validate design solutions using lab testing, analysis, and simulation tools. 基本功能：
• 主要负责现有产品中涉及到的VAVE的项目工作，也包括一些维护性项目。
• 担任机械领域的技术负责人，与采购、质量、服务、技术支持、供应商及运营等跨职能团队协作，确保设计变更的成功实施。
• 进行3D/2D图纸制作、物料清单（BOM）的创建/更新/维护以及机械设计工程工作。
• 提供技术解决方案降低成本，提高Videojet产品的可靠性，保证产品质量和满足客户需求。
• 制定测试计划，通过实验室测试、分析和仿真工具验证技术解决方案，确保变更的有效执行。

Education, Background and Skill Requirements:

• CET-4 or above, demonstrated ability to express technical matters adequately in English, both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor degree (Master is preferred) in mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in a relevant job in design field for industrial type products. Continuous Ink Jet printer or other marking and coding printer knowledge and experience a strong plus.
• Experience of quality and reliability and how they apply to production design.
• Practical in-depth experience of designing and analyzing mechanical systems and components from broad based concept level through to detailed production specifications. Must include experience of designing, building and testing prototypes.
• Experience in designing electromagnetic valves, micro pumps and precision fluid products will be a plus.
• Ability to use up to date drawing and solid modeling packages. Experience of tolerance and geometrical analyses.
• Knowledge of materials and extensive experience of different manufacturing processes. 教育、背景和技能要求：

• 机械工程或相关学科的学士学位（硕士学历者优先）。
• 具备工业型产品设计相关岗位至少5年工作经验，熟悉连续式喷墨打印机或其他标记与编码打印机，有相关知识和经验者优先。
• 具备质量管控与可靠性验证方面的实践经验，并能将其应用于生产设计中。
• 拥有机械系统及零部件从概念设计到制定详细工程技术规格的深入设计与分析经验，须包含原型设计、制作与测试的实际经验。
• 具备电磁阀，微型泵，精密流体类产品机械结构设计经验者优先。
• 能够熟练使用最新的绘图和实体建模软件（例如SolidWorks），具备公差分析和几何分析经验。
• 熟悉材料知识，拥有丰富的制造工艺实践经验。
