该职位来源于猎聘 This is a strategic procurement position responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and supplier management of indirect categories (IT, HR, Admin, Supply Chain, VM). The individual will act as a business partner, developing and executing category strategies, leading competitive bids, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance to achieve cost savings and operational goals.

• Executes category sourcing strategies including development and execution of RFI’s and RFP’s, documents bid events through correspondence to suppliers; Develops selection criteria and drives the selection of suppliers in collaboration with a cross-functional teams, Conducts supplier negotiations and ongoing supplier management.
• Use current spend information/data and business knowledge to identify sourcing projects for individual subcategories, and developing an overall cost reduction plan.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to ensure indirect procurement is aligned with their business objectives. Review opportunities between business units to synergize and consolidate spend.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual category management plan that incorporates the stakeholder’s strategy, goals, challenges, constraints and objectives included but not limited to spend breakdown, strategic sourcing pipeline, process improvements, supplier rationalizations, targeted supplier business reviews, sourcing levers, etc.
• Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities. delivers multiple cost saving initiatives in order to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build up the vendor management mechanism from vendor searching, tendering, contracting, performance management, vendor database management. Qualifications：
• BS/MS degree
• 8+ years of indirect sourcing experience, (prefer experience in IT,HR &Admin, categories)
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios, develop and evaluate actionable solution and push through to completion and implementation.
• Possesses strong negotiation skills; expert understanding of contracting terms, conditions, and contracting techniques for managing risk.
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; easily accepts constructive input from others
• Good budgeting and financial management, risk control competence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
