该职位来源于猎聘 1、发动机装配工艺流程的设计、开发及持续优化，确保工艺与产品设计同步落地 2、设计或协同设计装配线工装夹具、自动化设备及检测工具，主导调试与验收，确保符合工艺要求 3、解决装配工艺问题，根本原因分析并实施纠正措施 4、发动机装配工艺维护，修订/维护工艺文件 5、控制过程变更（MCR） 6、监控并改善提高过程能力（CPK\一次通过率\ PFMEA） 7、监控并提升生产线的生产能力和效率 8、监控并降低装配过程的成本消耗
