我們落成於2017年11月， DUTY ZERO是一家位於香港國際機場的旅遊零售商。致力為買家及收藏家搜羅世界各地珍稀佳釀及典藏級烈酒，並提供香煙和地道食品，擁有超過400個全球品牌。現在誠邀對旅遊零售充滿熱忱的你加入團隊，啟航旅遊零售之旅。
工作地點: 機場 職責:
- 管理店舖日常營運
- 提升店舖營業表現、生產力、銷售團隊效率及提供優質客戶服務
- 領導及鼓勵銷售團隊提升銷售表現及達成公司目標
- 分析銷售數據及制定改善方案提升或達至銷售目標
- 與內部部門緊密聯繫及工作
- 處理其他指派工作
要求:
- 至少4年以上連鎖洋酒零售或連鎖零售經驗
- 管理店鋪和及達成公司目標
- 良好人際關係及管理技巧
- 推動店鋪銷售、樂觀正面態度、自我激勵、能獨立處事及良好解難能力
- 流利廣東話、普通話及英文
