2、负责培训课程的开发和完善
3、制定课程，编辑制作相关培训资料和课件
4、跟进培训计划实施，有效开展培训效果评估
任职条件:

2、有较强的抗压能力，有敏锐的洞察力和敏感性，有较好的沟通能力。
3、对于数据有一定的敏感性，熟练使用excel相关工具
4、大专以上学历，专业为电气、自动化方向优先考虑
5、1年以上相关工作经历
