采购经理（备件类）

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.负责公司备件产品的市场变化分析，预测价格变化趋势，紧密跟踪国内产品价格信息、定价政策等情况；Responsible for the market change analysis of spare parts products, forecast the price change trend, closely follow up the domestic product price information, pricing policy; 2.根据公司供应商管理规定，负责本品类新供应商的开发及审核工作，建立优质供应商库；According to the company's supplier management regulations, responsible for the development and review of new suppliers of this category, establish a high-quality supplier base; 3.根据集团整体采购计划，负责生产备件及非标准化备件产品的采购与管理工作，制定本品类国内具体采购计划和备货计划并组织实施；According to the group's overall procurement plan, responsible for the procurement and management of spare parts and non-standardized spare parts products, formulate the specific domestic procurement plan and stock preparation plan of this category and organize the implementation; 4.负责对采购的产品进行有效的成本评估、谈判具有竞争力的价格、服务、条款和条件，负责采购合同等文件的制定、审批和签订工作；Responsible for effective cost assessment of purchased products, negotiation of competitive prices, services, terms and conditions, formulation, approval and signing of procurement contracts and other documents; 5.与集团总部相关部门进行有效的沟通与协作，支持供应商与集团总部技术人员之间的技术谈判与商业谈判；Conducted effective communication and cooperation with relevant departments of the group headquarters, and supported technical and commercial negotiations between suppliers and technical staff of the group headquarters; 6.根据采购合同确定的交货期和质量等条件，负责所采购物品的交付验收工作；Responsible for the delivery and acceptance of the purchased goods according to the delivery time and quality conditions specified in the purchase contract; 7.负责与采购供应商进行对账，账务管理以及跟进付款事宜；Responsible for checking accounts with purchasing suppliers, managing accounts and following up payment matters; 8.对采购过程进行有效管控，严格控制风险，及时解决采购过程出现的各类问题；Conducted effective control over the procurement process, strictly controlled risks, and timely solved various problems in the procurement process; 9.负责采购工作的文档管理工作。Responsible for document management of purchasing work. 任职要求： 1.具备钢铁、采矿行业采购相关岗位工作经验5年以上，有供应商资源；More than 5 years of experience in steel , mining industry procurement related positions, with supplier resources;

2.25-40岁，机械制造、冶金、工程管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；25-40 years old, Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, finance, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, engineering management or related； 3.了解钢铁产业相关技术知识，精通相关设备技术参数；Understand steel industry related technical knowledge, proficient in related equipment technical parameters； 4.英语听说读写精通，具有一定的专业英语基础及沟通技巧；Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with certain professional English foundation and communication skills; 5.责任心强，善于建立关系和团队合作，具备一定的承压能力，很强的商务谈判能力、分析问题和解决问题能力。Strong sense of responsibility, be good at building relationships and team work, have certain pressure ability, strong business negotiation ability, problem analysis and problem solving ability.
