• Design electrical systems for non‑standard automation equipment, including electrical schematic drawing, component selection, and BOM preparation.
• Program, debug, and optimize PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Inovance, or other mainstream brands).
• Develop upper‑computer (HMI/SCADA) applications using languages such as C#, LabVIEW, or software like KingView, WinCC to enable data acquisition and equipment monitoring.
• Collaborate with mechanical and process teams to commission equipment, troubleshoot on‑site issues, and support customer acceptance.
• Prepare technical documentation (operation manuals, electrical diagrams, maintenance guides, etc.). Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design and commissioning in non‑standard automation or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in at least one major PLC brands (Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) with proven programming and debugging experience.
• Solid experience in upper‑computer development using at least one high‑level language (C#/C++) or SCADA/HMI software; capable of handling communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA, etc.).
• Familiar with servo drives, variable frequency drives, and industrial touch panels.
• Experience with MES system integration.
• Robot programming (ABB, Fanuc, etc.) knowledge.
