该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责湿法工艺设备/工艺的规划/导入/验证/优化； 2.处理区域设备湿法日常工艺问题，处理分析报告，增补OCAP内容； 3.熟练运用SPC管理手段分析QC数据和inline量测数据、设备监控数据，发现和预测问题； 4.inline case处理，工艺优化，产能提升，成本降低等工作。 5.涉及Bow材second source qualify及cost down提升。 岗位技能： 1.有硅光/CMOS芯片WET工艺经验优先； 2.熟悉MES系统中SPC，FDC，YMS，RMS等自动软件模块； 3.能够独立进行DOE实验设计，独立完成产品当站验证实验。 4.能独立结合产品要求进行单工艺开发
