样机技术员

该职位来源于猎聘 使命 积极开展样机搭建、测试、验证与确认工作，有力推动新产品开发项目缩短上市周期；主动为中国市场客户中心及终端客户提供支持，提升南京产品公司生产的安百拓设备的客户认可度、满意度，实现产品盈利目标。 具体工作职责 ・遵守公司质量、安全及环境管理体系相关要求； ・完成全新样机装配工作，向项目组反馈质量问题及改进建议； ・统筹样机功能测试，负责设备运行、试验及故障排查工作； ・与实验室主管开展跨职能协作，保障物料及其他资源及时到位； ・参与样机现场实地试验； ・为国内客户提供设备启动调试服务。 任职要求 学历 大专学历，机械相关专业。 技能 / 知识 / 工作经验 ・具备钳工技能，拥有扎实的机械、液压、气动及电气装配实操经验； ・熟悉机械、液压、电气、气动相关系统原理； ・能够接受出差，可在露天矿、井下矿山现场作业； ・具备良好英语能力者优先。

Mission: Drive strong contribution to the time-to-market of new product development projects by active approach in prototype building, testing, verification and validation. Contribute to the customer acceptance, satisfaction and profitability of Epiroc machines produced in Product Company Nanjing by proactive support to Customer Center and end customers in China market. Specific Areas of Responsibility

• Follow requirement of quality, safety and environment system in company;
• Assemble the new prototypes, Report quality and improvement findings to the project team;
• Coordinate functional test of prototypes, operation, testing and troubleshooting;
• Cross functional collabration together with Lab supervisor to get materials and other resources timely;
• Join in the field test of prototypes;
• Perform startup and commissioning for domestic customers; Hiring Qualification Education
• Junior technical school education and above, junior colleges degree and above is preferred. Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
• Skills of locksmith, good experience of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical assembly;
• Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrics, pneumatic systems;
• Willing to travel and work in the open pit and underground mine.
• Good English is a plus.
