• This role is dedicated to product research and development. It applies engineering theories and professional design knowledge to formulate optimized design solutions and mechanical design specifications, fully considering application scenarios, cost, weight, performance, reliability, service life, production, assembly and maintenance. 岗位概述
• 本岗位专注产品研发，运用工程原理与专业设计知识，综合考量应用场景、成本、重量、性能、可靠性、使用寿命、生产装配及维保等因素，制定优化设计方案与机械设计规范。 Key Responsibilities
• Communicate and discuss with cross-field technical experts and senior engineers, deliver complete design review documents, clarify the design ideas of components and subsystems, and evaluate multiple design solutions. Take charge of scheme selection, design iteration optimization and specification formulation to meet project performance and market application requirements.
• Promote key design decisions and design review procedures, proficiently apply iDFMEA, GD&T, CREO, ANSYS Workbench and other tools to complete subsystem design decision and scheme optimization with high quality.
• Independently lead medium-scale projects, take full responsibility for the research and development of complex and uncertain components, products and systems, and be fully accountable for project results.
• Implement existing and emerging working procedures steadily, deepen professional technical knowledge, and take the lead in optimizing internal work systems. 主要工作职责
• 对接跨领域技术专家与资深工程师开展设计研讨，出具完整设计评审资料，阐明零部件及子系统设计思路，完成多套方案对比评估。主导方案选型、设计迭代优化与设计规范制定，贴合项目性能与市场应用需求。
• 推进关键设计决策、设计评审等流程，熟练运用iDFMEA、形位公差、CREO、ANSYS Workbench等工具，高质完成子系统设计决策与方案优化。
• 独立牵头中型项目，全权负责结构复杂、不确定性较强的零部件、产品及系统研发工作，对项目整体结果全权负责。
• 落地各类新旧工作流程，深耕专业技术知识，牵头优化完善业务板块工作体系。 Core Competencies
• Cross-functional design integration: Integrate various demands to form digital design schemes and confirm design feasibility through cross-department reviews.
• Mechanical design modeling and analysis: Build 3D models in accordance with enterprise standards and complete systematic simulation analysis such as dimension deviation analysis and finite element analysis.
• Mechanical system design: Master professional mechanical system knowledge to create innovative and reliable designs adapting to full life cycle scenarios and ensure stable system operation.
• Product function simulation and analysis: Predict product performance via simulation tools to provide basis for design adjustment.
• Product platform planning: Build complete product platforms matching market planning, select optimal solutions and manage R&D documents and progress.
• Product problem solving: Prioritize customer interests, identify root causes, implement effective solutions and formulate long-term preventive measures.
• System requirement management: Convert various demands into executable design indicators, set acceptance criteria, track requirement implementation and assess influence caused by requirement changes.
• Mechanical design specification formulation: Establish complete design standards based on 3D models, BOM and engineering drawings in line with domestic and international industry standards.
• Product configuration and change management: Set up complete product baseline files, control full-process design iteration and ensure intact R&D data. 必备能力

• 机械设计建模分析：依照企业标准搭建三维模型，完成尺寸偏差、有限元等系统仿真分析。
• 机械系统设计：精通机械系统专业知识，打造创新可靠设计方案，适配产品全生命周期使用场景，保障系统稳定运行。
• 产品功能仿真研判：借助仿真工具预判产品性能，为设计调整提供数据依据。
• 产品平台规划搭建：统筹搭建产品整体平台，贴合市场布局择优定案，统筹管控研发资料与进度。
• 产品问题处理：以客户需求为先，精准定位问题根源，落实整改方案并建立长效预防机制。
• 系统需求统筹：将各类需求转化为落地设计指标，制定验收标准，全程跟进需求落地，评估需求变更带来的影响。
• 机械设计规范制定：依托三维模型、物料清单、工程图纸制定完整设计标准，严格遵循行业及企业规范。
• 产品配置与变更管控：建立产品设计基准档案，全流程管控设计迭代变更，保障研发资料完整可追溯。 Education & Qualifications
• Master degree or above, major in engineering or other STEM related majors. Candidates shall comply with relevant export control regulations and relevant qualification requirements. 学历资质要求
• 硕士及以上学历，工程类、理工科相关专业；需遵守出口管制相关合规规定，配合完成相关资质办理。 Preferred Qualifications
• Candidates with equivalent senior engineer working experience, strong technical problem-solving ability and decision-making capability are preferred.
• Able to deliver engine component design and development on schedule with high quality, and solve design problems of new and existing products.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; proficient in Creo software and familiar with engine component R&D process.
• Practical experience in internal combustion engine cylinder block and cylinder head design is preferred. 加分项
