- 负责目标市场终端客户的开发与维护
- 根据工作任务有效推进终端管理
- 协助公司扩大高端水产饲料产品在市场的占有率及影响力
- 驻点配合养殖户数据收集和整理，跟踪养殖效果，客户档案建立
- 区域市场养殖品种市场调查
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务 任职资格： 个性与品行
- 遵规守纪，尊重管理，廉洁自律，敬业勤勉
- 诚实守信，言行一致，表里如一
- 为人正直，坚持原则，担当责任
- 成熟稳重，热情随和，乐于助人，有很强的团队精神
- 对于上级主管指出的问题、提出的意见，能够虚心接受、积极改进 教育
- 大专以上学历，水产养殖、动物营养、市场营销等相关专业 经验
- 拥有特种水产饲料公司销售或大型水产养殖场技术经验，优秀应届毕业生或实习学生亦可 能力
- 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和较强的市场开拓能力，熟悉高端开口饲料、冷水鱼饲料以及虾、蟹饲料市场，有客户资源者优先考虑
- 具有优秀的销售业绩或丰富的养殖经验者优先考虑
- 具有较强的团队沟通协调能力
- 熟练使用Word, Excel以及Outlook，Teams等办公软件 其他
- 愿意接受并能很好地适应频繁的出差 实习要求实习12个月，每周5天
