医療・介護・福祉相談業務
病院事務全般（各種書類作成等）
患者様の入院・退院支援
デイケアサポートスタッフ
訪問看護スタッフ（エリア：片道30～40分圏内）
他施設連絡調整 他
※社用車使用（AT車）
給与
月給 210,000円〜 245,000円
（基本給185000円～220000円+職務手当15000円+資格手当10000円+諸手当）
諸手当
住宅手当10000円（単身者）、扶養手当 配偶者5000円、子2000円
託児手当10000円／1人につき※条件あり
通勤手当18700円※上限あり
給与・昇給
給与：固定（月末以外）翌月10日
昇給：年1回（当院規定あり）前年度実績0円～5000円
賞与
年2回 計3.8ヶ月分（前年度実績）
