该职位来源于猎聘 1. 完成媒体Codec、ISP、通信Modem IP的交付； 2. 团队设计能力建设，包括PPA优化方法学、工具和脚本开发、common模块建设； 3. 完成从算法/协议到硬件架构的转换，进行PPA（性能、功耗、面积）分析及优化； 4. 与算法、后端设计及测试团队紧密协作，输出设计文档并归档，确保IP模块高质量交付； 任职要求 1. 6年以上数字前端设计经验，主导或深度参与过多媒体芯片等复杂IP模块开发； 2. 熟悉视频、图像、通讯等知识，有至少一个项目的全流程交付经历； 3. 具有丰富的交付或团队管理经验；
