该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Senior expert engineer with rich industrial experience in wind turbine technology, who has expertise in at least one of the core technical fields below: 风电技术专家工程师，需在以下至少一项核心技术领域具备成熟工业项目经验： 1) Wind turbine blade design and aerodynamics 风机叶片设计与空气动力学 2) Advanced sensors and monitoring systems applied for load reduction 用于载荷减负的先进传感器与监测系统 3) Wind turbine blade structural design 风机叶片结构设计 Key Tasks主要工作:

• Build and maintain industry resource networks within China, establish connections with cutting-edge technology suppliers and professional engineering service vendors engaged in blade-related technologies. 搭建、维护国内行业资源网络，对接叶片领域前沿技术厂商与专业工程服务供应商；
• Take charge of core engineering development work, provide technical support for concept research, technical analysis, methodology optimization and technical tool development. 承担核心工程研发工作，为叶片方案论证、技术分析、研发方法优化及专业工具开发提供技术支撑。 Qualifications:
• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering disciplines. Graduates from 985 universities are preferred; 211 university graduation is the minimum standard. 学历背景：工科本科及以上学历，985 院校优先，至少要求 211 院校毕业；
• Language Proficiency: C2 level English, fully competent for all kinds of technical communication. 语言能力：英语 C2 流利水平，可独立完成全场景技术沟通；
• Working Experience: More than 5 years of relevant wind power industry experience. 工作经验：5 年以上风电相关行业从业经验；
• Technical Competence: Capable of high-depth independent technical research, analysis and development with outstanding expert-level technical capability. 专业能力：具备深度独立技术调研、分析与研发能力，拥有专家级深厚技术积累。
