电驱技术项目主管

该职位来源于猎聘 General Description  Overall technical coordination for the development of xEV product  Support pursuit business as main customer technical interface and internal coordination to prepare the deliverables during quote phase Key Accountabilities

 Main interface to customer and program, production issues…  Define project scope, tools  Define the key project milestone and each task plan  Responsible for tracking the changes, risks and issues  BLR tracking with all DLs for MEC, SW, EE related section  Prepare the EDD for NBO phase and overall changes, tracking the spending  Define the DRSC for each sample status including internal and customer delivery  Resource coordination in cross function of engineering (Rig, prototype, ENG effort…) Qualifications & Requirements  Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required

 At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or hybrid powertrain development is required  Basic knowledge of system development and concept design electrical or hybrid powertrain is required  Good knowledge and experience work for the program following ASPICE development, especially familiar with SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3  Good knowledge to utilize Polaron, Jira system  Good cooperation, communication and organization capabilities  Good written and spoken English is required
