What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลงานธุรการสำนักงานประจำวัน จัดระเบียบเอกสาร เก็บแฟ้ม บันทึกข้อมูล และจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ
- เป็นตัวกลางประสานงานระหว่างผู้บริหารชาวจีนและพนักงานชาวไทย แปลเอกสารและสื่อสารประจำวัน
- จัดการประชุม ต้อนรับผู้มาติดต่อ รับมือคำถามและงานติดต่อภายในและภายนอก
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) สร้างแบบฟอร์ม จัดข้อมูล และแก้ไขเอกสาร
- ช่วยผู้บังคับบัญชาประสานตารางเวลา ดูแลวัสดุสำนักงาน ติดตามการสั่งซื้อ และงานธุรการอื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
คุณวุฒิที่ต้องการ
- วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ปริญญาตรีได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์งานเลขานุการ หรือพนักงานสำนักงาน
- ชำนาญการใช้ Microsoft Office มีทักษะประมวลผลข้อมูลด้วย Excel
- สื่อสารภาษาไทยคล่องแคล่ว สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียนภาษาจีนกลางได้ มีพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษจะได้เปรียบ
- รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และทำงานเป็นระบบ
