该职位来源于猎聘 The Occupational Health Engineer will assist the Occupational Health Supervisor in the daily execution and operation of the company’s occupational health management work. This role primarily focuses on on-site hazard control and monitoring follow-up, employee health surveillance and records management, training implementation, and system compliance support. Through solid on-site execution, the engineer ensures the effective operation of the occupational health management system, prevents occupational diseases, and safeguards employee health and company compliance operations. Primary Duties & Responsibilities On-site Occupational Hazard Control & Monitoring Execution– 30%

• On-site Inspection & Issue Tracking: Assist the supervisor in conducting regular workplace inspections, urge all positions to implement occupational health protection requirements; track the rectification and closure of issues found on-site;
• Supervision of Protection Facilities: Supervise and record the daily operation of occupational disease protection facilities and the distribution and usage of PPE;
• Implementation of Monitoring Plans: Assist the supervisor in formulating the annual occupational hazard factor monitoring plan; coordinate with and follow up on the on-site sampling and testing work of third-party testing agencies; assist in formulating improvement measures for abnormal testing results and track their on-site implementation. Health Surveillance & Records Management – 30%
• Medical Examination Organization & Follow-up: Responsible for coordinating and organizing occupational health medical examinations for employees . Input examination results, timely feedback abnormal results to the supervisor and employees, and track the execution of handling measures;
• Records Establishment & Maintenance: Strictly establish and dynamically maintain employee occupational health surveillance files in accordance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular file inventories and distribute medical examination reports. Compliance Support & Project Participation – 25%
• Compliance Support: Assist the supervisor in tracking updates of national and local occupational health laws and regulations. Participate in the revision of internal occupational health management documents;
• Audit Support: Assist in implementing occupational health-related requirements in ISO 45001, RBA, and other systems. During internal/external audits and government inspections, responsible for providing required occupational health records and relevant supporting materials;
• Data Collection: Participate in EHS assessments during the introduction phase of new processes, equipment, and chemicals. Assist in data preparation and filing for the “Three Simultaneities” assessment and occupational disease hazard project declaration. Training Implementation & Emergency Response– 15%
• Training Organization & Implementation: According to the annual occupational health training plan, assist in compiling/updating relevant training materials; organize and implement occupational health training as planned, and archive training records;
• Emergency Drills & Incident Response: According to the company’s emergency drill plan, organize relevant occupational hazard emergency drills and compile drill reports. Participate in on-site emergency response to occupational disease hazard incidents. Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, Industrial Hygiene, or related fields;
• Experience in EHS management system is preferred;
• Excellent fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Skills & Other Requirements
• Good English reading and writing skills, capable of handling daily work communication and document processing;
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 / RBA management system standards is preferred;
• Understanding of China’s occupational health laws and regulations is preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Good communication and coordination skills with team spirit. Working Conditions
• This position is based at the Fuzhou factory and requires visits to the workshop to understand production processes and working environments;
• Routine use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.). Physical Requirements This job requires the employee to walk around the factory and conduct workshop inspections on a regular basis. Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corporate EHS standards.
