项目质量工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 Responsibilities

• Be responsible for quality management of all new plant projects, act as project quality representative, identify customer quality requirements, lead quality planning in product development phase, and achieve quality targets expected by customers. 1. 负责工厂所有新项目质量管理，担任项目质量代表，识别客户质量需求，主导产品开发阶段质量策划，达成客户预期质量目标。
• Resolve customer quality complaints & claims (OKM & warranty), prepare 8D / A3 reports, close out customer issues, and maintain good customer partnership. 2. 处理客户质量投诉与索赔（OKM 及保修），输出 8D/A3 报告，闭环客户问题，维护良好客户合作关系。
• Ensure compliance with IATF16949 and internal quality standards; conduct process & customer audits; assess quality risks for new products, processes and equipment and make release decisions. Drive structured problem solving and lesson learned activities with CBS team. 3. 落实 IATF16949 及内部质量标准，开展过程审核、客户审核；评估新产品、新工艺、新设备质量风险并完成放行决策，联合精益团队推进结构化问题解决与经验沉淀。
• Lead APQP / PPAP activities, prepare Control Plan and other quality documents, implement safe launch activities, support hand over from trial production to SOP mass production. 4. 主导 APQP、PPAP 工作，编制控制计划等质量文件，落实新产品安全投产，支持试产向 SOP 量产交接。
• Drive scrap reduction to meet scrap target and complete timely PSW sign off. Monitor product performance including scrap rate, Cp/Cpk, track open issues and change management progress. 5. 推动报废降低，达成报废指标，按时完成 PSW 签署；监控报废率、过程能力 Cp/Cpk 等产品表现，跟踪未关闭问题及变更管理进度。
• Conduct technical training for technicians, build inspection standards & lesson learned repository to promote quality standardization. 6. 开展技术人员培训，搭建检验标准与经验库，推进质量标准化建设。 任职要求 Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in engineering /quality related field; VDA6.3 certification required. Experience with rubber & plastic production process is preferred.
• 有橡胶塑料行业背景者经验优先。

本科及以上学历，工程 / 质量相关专业，持有 VDA6.3 证书。

• Minimum 5 years in project quality experience with solid customer quality background;
• 5 年以上项目质量经验，具备客户质量实战经历；
• Deep knowledge of IATF16949, proficient in APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,8D,A3, audit, change management; basic lean/FMEA/SAP knowledge. 3. 精通 IATF16949，熟练使用 APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、8D、审核、变更管理；了解精益、FMEA、SAP。
• Be fluent in English and local working language; strong cross functional coordination, negotiation & self leadership. 4. 流利英语及本地语言，优秀跨部门协调、谈判及自我管理能力。
