该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To make sure that the products meet specification and maintain its high quality for the customers.
• To translate the design critical into process requirement, fixtures/jigs needed, and in-line tester.
• To conduct the DFM and make sure the tooling meeting the design application.
• Participate in the development of comprehensive test plans.
• Work with PE/Quality to ensure the product making correctly, solve the problems on-site immediately, and so increase the efficiency and reduce the cost.
• Product evaluation of every build, like the cause and the effect, and so corrective actions accordingly.
• Analysis test results and failure to drive design solution to all technical issues in time.
• Work close supplier to leverage the resources required by the project to achieve the committed target of the projects.
• Local oversight and give report about progress and behavior of product production. ENVIRONMENT: Cross functional, collocated team setting.
• Interaction with CAD, supplier(s) and manufacturing locations, US project teams
• Fast paced, fact based decision making organization
• Concept to production involvement in projects
• Travel as required EXPERIENCE: Accredited BSME required Required: 1. 5 to 10 years in Product Development or new product introduction.
• Strength in engineering fundamentals
• Analytical approach to problems
• Electromechanical consumer product(Design Vacuum Cleaner is preferred)
• Plastic part design
• Both UL & IEC approved knowledge
• Basic 3D CAD (use Pro-E for Top down design is preferred)
• Test development and results analysis
• Fluent English and Chinese both in written and verbal. Desired:
• Project management
• Geometric tolerance & dimensioning
• Design of Experiments
• Test experience.
