研发工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• Lead or participate new product development and provide appropriate timelines and reports 领导或参与新产品的开发，提供适当的时间节点，撰写报告
• Evaluate new and alternate raw materials for suitability, including: searching, review TDS and MSDS to satisfy company law, friendly environment and satisfy product requirements, asking samples, lab tests, trial test follow up, reports and share results to R&D manager, write internal specifications for quality 评估新的和潜在原材料，包括：查找，TDS\MSDS分析，确认其满足公司要求、环境友好并且适应产品要求，收集样品，测试，中试跟踪，撰写报告并汇报，为质量部提供原材料内部检测要求
• Perform, test, analysis and reports appropriate lab tests as required. 根据要求，实施、测试、分析、报告相应的试验
• Write experiment task, assign to operator, follow up progress and summary for reports 撰写试验任务书，下发给对应操作人员，跟踪试验进度，总结汇报
• Maintenance SAP data, including:

materials, BOM, routine, production version, purchase order, annual data update, coordinate with other department to solve SAP related problem 维护SAP数据，包括：原材料，物料单，工艺路线，生产版本，采购申请，年度SAP数据更新，配合其他部门分析解决SAP相关问题

• Assist in providing direction to the lab, including

SOP's, 5S and helping maintain a safe environment 辅助实验室正常运行，包括：SOP, 5S, 确保环境安全

• Contact and follow up external tests 联系第三方检测，并跟踪进度
• Coordinate with manufacturing operations and technical support to facilitate production trials 配合生产运营，为中试提供技术支持
• Provide support on manufacturing problems

当生产遇到问题时，提供支持

• Report weekly or monthly on the R&D activities and projects

其他与工作相关的任务 任职要求： Bachelor or master in polymer, materials, chemistry or related 本科或硕士，高分子、材料、化学相关专业

• Good knowledge in doing experiments and test

良好的试验动手能力和测试能力

• Project management skills/organization 具有项目管理技能
• Excellent/Good in oral, reading and written English & Chinese. 良好的中英文口语，阅读和书写能力 5.2-3 years work experiences in a manufacturing environment is a plus; 2-3年制造业相关工作经验更佳；
• Practical PVC formulating experience is a plus
