该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责： - 负责生产设备导入，确保生产工艺流程高效、可靠。 - 主导工艺线体的投资、规划、导入（选择性波峰焊、锡焊、塑料激光焊接、EOL测试、泄漏测试等） - 与项目组进行新产品工艺设计，解决试制生产中的技术问题。 - 与国内外项目组及供应商进行技术沟通，确保需求与标准的准确传递。 任职资格： - 统招本科及以上学历，通讯/电子等相关专业,本科以上学历(专业能力表现突出者可以适当放宽学历要求). - 2年及以上工艺经验（如工艺设计/设备投产/NPI），精通设备导入，选择性波峰焊/锡焊/塑料激光焊接/EOL测试/泄漏测试等工艺 - 英语读写熟练，口语能简单沟通尤佳 - 分析问题逻辑清晰,沟通能力强.有良好的抗压能力 - 有项目管理经验优先尤佳
