亚太风电安装高级专家

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：

• Research and analyze various installation schemes and resource solutions adopted or promoted by domestic wind turbine competitors in China. 调研并分析国内风电同行企业所采用、推广的各类风机安装方案及配套资源解决方案。
• Source and onboard new suppliers responsible for the design and manufacturing of wind turbine installation tools. 挖掘并引入可承接风机安装工装设计与制造业务的新供应商。
• Lead and supervise all installation and tooling testing activities for new wind turbine models carried out by the PM Technology team in China. 主导并监督PM技术团队在中国区域开展的所有新型风机安装测试、工装测试相关工作。
• Conduct regular visits to tool design & manufacturing vendors to develop new suppliers, track project progress, and assist the Quality team during supplier audits. 定期走访工装设计、制造供应商，开发新合作供应商、跟进项目落地进度，并协助质量团队完成供应商审核工作。
• Maintain long-term partnerships with major crane manufacturers, participate in the R&D and design of new cranes. 与主流起重机厂商维系长期合作关系，参与新型起重机的研发与设计工作。
• Join cross-functional product development teams; evaluate equipment designs, put forward optimization and rectification suggestions from installation and COE professional perspectives. 加入跨部门产品研发团队，从风机安装及工程核心技术维度，评审设备设计方案，提出优化及整改建议。
• Participate in on-site installation projects in Europe twice per year to learn DK4 installation processes, summarize experience and lessons, and propose targeted technical improvement plans for domestic application. 每年两次参与欧洲现场风机安装项目，学习DK4机型安装工艺，总结项目经验与问题短板，结合国内应用场景制定针对性技术优化方案。

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines 工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
• Supplementary professional certifications & skills: GWO training, TeamCenter, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite 附加专业技能及资质：持有GWO风电安全培训证书，熟练使用TeamCenter、AutoCAD及微软办公软件套装
• Minimum 10 years hands-on working experience in wind turbine installation field 具备至少10年风电行业风机安装实操工作经验
• Strong hands-on technical capability and execution ability 优秀的现场实操技术能力与工作执行能力
• Proven supplier management experience 具备成熟的供应商管理实操经验
• Solid professional knowledge of wind turbine installation & operation, able to build internal technical communication network within Nordex 扎实的风机安装与运维专业知识，可搭建公司内部技术沟通协作体系
• Fluent oral and written Chinese， English proficiency at B2 level 中文听说读写流利，英语水平达到B2级别
• Frequent business travel required 可接受出差
