该职位来源于猎聘 Responsible for the overall management of strategic suppliers, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, commercial negotiations, supplier development, cost optimization, delivery assurance, capacity planning, and supplier performance management. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Technology, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure suppliers meet business requirements and support company growth objectives. 负责战略供应商的整体管理，包括供应商开发、评估与选择、商务谈判、供应商发展、成本优化、交付保障、产能规划及供应商绩效管理。与工程、技术、质量及采购团队紧密合作，确保供应商满足业务需求并支持公司发展目标。 Job Responsibilities 工作职责： 1、Supplier Strategy and Development 供应商战略与开发

• Identify, evaluate, develop, and qualify strategic suppliers to support company growth and business objectives. 识别、评估、开发及认证战略供应商，以支持公司发展及业务目标。
• Lead supplier sourcing, supplier selection, and supplier nomination activities. 主导供应商寻源、供应商选择及定点工作。
• Establish and maintain a strategic supplier portfolio and supplier development roadmap. 建立并维护战略供应商体系及供应商发展规划。
• Conduct supplier capability assessments covering manufacturing, technical, operational, and commercial aspects. 从制造能力、技术能力、运营能力及商务能力等方面开展供应商评估。 2、Commercial Management 商务管理
• Lead RFQ activities, supplier quotations, and commercial negotiations. 主导询价、报价及商务谈判工作。
• Develop and execute supplier cost reduction and value improvement initiatives. 制定并推动供应商降本增效项目。
• Monitor supplier pricing competitiveness and support long-term cost management strategies. 监控供应商价格竞争力并支持长期成本管理策略。
• Support commercial agreement development and supplier performance commitments. 支持商务协议制定及供应商绩效承诺管理。 3、Delivery and Capacity Management 交付与产能管理
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure supply continuity. 监控供应商交付绩效并保障供应连续性。
• Assess supplier production readiness, manufacturing capacity, and resource planning. 评估供应商生产准备情况、制造产能及资源规划能力。
• Drive supplier recovery plans and escalation management for delivery risks. 推动供应商改善计划并管理交付风险升级机制。
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply risks and ensure business continuity. 制定供应风险应急方案并保障业务连续性。 4、Supplier Performance Management 供应商绩效管理
• Establish supplier scorecards and performance review mechanisms. 建立供应商绩效评分体系及绩效评审机制。
• Conduct regular supplier business reviews and management meetings. 定期组织供应商业务评审及管理会议。
• Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives across cost, delivery, capacity, and responsiveness. 推动供应商在成本、交付、产能及响应能力方面持续改善。
• Escalate critical supplier issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution activities. 升级重大供应商问题并协调跨部门解决方案。 5、Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协作
• Collaborate with Engineering and Technology teams to support supplier technical evaluations, new product introductions (NPI), and manufacturing readiness activities. 与工程及技术团队合作，支持供应商技术评估、新产品导入（NPI）及制造准备工作。
• Work closely with SQE/CQE teams on supplier audits, quality improvement programs, corrective actions, and supplier development initiatives. 与SQE/CQE团队紧密合作，推进供应商审核、质量改善、纠正措施及供应商发展项目。
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support production planning and material availability. 与供应链及运营团队协作，支持生产计划及物料供应保障。 Qualifications: 任职资格 Educational Background 教育背景： ◆ Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related disciplines. Chinese proficiency required.
