该职位来源于猎聘 1、主导新型电芯结构或相关结构部件的可靠性研究、可靠性模型的搭建及优化，包括顶盖、铝壳、塑胶件可靠性，完成对应的专利布局，提升公司产品和知识产权竞争力。 2、负责产品开发阶段的结构件可靠性分析并输出报告； 3、统筹新产品制样过程中关键结构设计可靠性问题的失效分析，输出控制方案； 4、支持产品审核过程中的结构设计可靠性问题和客户审核中相关问题的答复。 1、博士学历 2、机械、高分子材料加工，材料成型及控制专业优先； 3、精通CAE仿真： 至少熟练掌握一种主流有限元分析软件
