该职位来源于猎聘 一． Major Responsibilities 主要职责

• Responsible for commercial steering vehicle gear product design and development, including HPS and EHPS 负责商用车转向器的产品设计与开发，包括液压转向器，电液转向器等
• Responsible for communication with lead plant for product relevant issue 负责与主工厂/研发中心沟通产品相关事宜
• Responsible for training and supporting customer form product side，follow up customer sample trial run or validation status, recognition on customer requirement 负责对客户的技术支持与培训从产品方面, 跟踪客户样件匹配安装和实验的状态，识别客户门户要求
• Responsible for training and supporting quality, manufacturing, operation, purchasing…relevant function from product side 负责从产品方面培训支持质量，工艺，生产，采购等相关部门
• Responsible for product continue improvement 负责产品开发、设计中的持续改进
• Responsible for OTS/engineering sample build, inspection, delivery 负责协调OTS/工程样件的试制、检测和交付工作
• Responsible for technical agreement review and signature with supplier 负责与供应商进行技术评审与会签
• Responsible for organize design review ad drawing release, CC&SC recognition

负责组织设计评审与图纸释放, 识别特殊特性的要求,

• Responsible for engineering relevant VAVE

负责工程相关的VAVE降成本工作

• Responsible for define new product, changing, VAVE, localization…validation plan 负责定义新产品，变更，VAVE，国产化等的实验大纲 二．Education and experience

教育及经验要求 ◆Education

教育 Degree学历：College or above本科以上学历。 English 英语：Good English reading and writing ability, fluently English oral ability 较强的英语阅读能力，流利的的口语能力。 Computer计算机：Skill use Office software熟练运用相关办公软件。 ◆Experiences经验 Over 8 years of research and development work experience

8年以上汽车相关研发工作经验。 Familiar steering gear function, know very well for steering gear machining, assembly and test 熟悉转向器的工作原理，掌握转向器加工、装配工艺。 三．方法工具及岗位相关技能 Skill 1.较强的能力，能够促进从当前状态到理想状态/环境的平稳过渡。Strong ability to facilitate the smooth transition from current to desired structure/environment.
