• Participate in cell culture process development, including medium screening, process optimization in lab scale, and draft technical report.
• Skill in bioreactor culture for mammalian cell, Procaryotic and Eucaryotic Protists Job’s primary purpose and function
• Working with a team for novel pipeline products （Recombinant protein & antibody）for CMC development efforts and subsequent tech transfer of upstream processes to cGMP Manufacturing.
• Has a solid skill in process development and optimization of upstream processes for existing clinical products or commercial manufacturing.
• Able to effectively analyze, interpret, summarize, compile data and present internally.
• Keeps appropriate experimental records and documentation.
• Support technology transfer from CDMOs, to internal manufacturing sites
• Working with a team to manage Cell Culture Development resources and strategic planning to support early and late stage projects.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Discovery/Medicine and other CMC functions and develop strategies to meet project as well as corporate timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leader Qualification/Requirements
• Bachelor or Master in molecular/cellular biology, biochemistry, or related field
• At least 2+ years Hands-on experiences in bioreactor culture in mammalian cell culture development and the title of this position is also flexible depending upon experience and qualifications.
• Extensive experience in cell culture process development, for example fed-batch, intensified fed-batch, perfusion, etc. for monoclonal antibodies, Recombinant proteins, Fc-fusions and other therapeutic proteins.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in IMPD/IND/BLA/MAA filings
• Excellent communication skill, motivated, responsible and cooperative
