岗位职责： 1、协助投资经理进行项目尽调的基础工作，整理尽调资料； 2、负责海外地产基金等项目。 岗位要求： 1、硕士及以上学历； 2、对宏观经济、房地产市场、金融政策法规等具有一定认知与了解； 3、熟练使用各类办公软件，有一定的ppt制作能力； 4、具备咨询、法律、金融等实习经验者优先。 工作时间： 研究生在读学生，一周能线下实习3天，可以至少实习3 个月以上。 本岗位提供留用机会，欢迎2027届同学投递。
职位薪资：
200-250/天
