【工作內容】
- 撰寫專利說明書、核駁分析及答辯理由書
- 執行產品開發前專利文獻檢索與侵權風險評估
- 進行專利提案之可專利性檢索與分析
- 執行專利侵害及訴訟相關分析評估
- 進行競爭對手專利監控與專利情報分析
- 其他專利相關專案及主管交辦事項
【需求條件】
- 5年以上專利相關實務工作經驗
- 大學以上理工相關科系
- TOEIC 700分以上
