Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• TOEIC score of 400 or above (valid within the last 2 years).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
• No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and repair activities, including import/export and customs clearance processes.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, repair stations, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to support maintenance operations.
• Monitor and follow up on purchasing and repair documents (e.g. PO, RO, SO, RQ) and provide status updates.
• Support spare parts, tooling, loan exchange, and logistics coordination to ensure timely aircraft maintenance.
• Assist with invoice verification, repair charges, documentation, and filing.
• Maintain and update approved supplier/repair station records, control lists, and audit-related documents.
• Prepare manuals, shipping documents, and other required paperwork for customs clearance and operational support.
• Coordinate meetings and administrative arrangements with local and overseas suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Comply with the Company's Quality, Safety, and Security requirements.
