信息科技部 需求分析與管理崗

崗位職責：

• 負責銀行核心系統（Core Banking）等關鍵系統需求的管理；
• 對接內部用戶收集業務需求，承擔需求分析工作；
• 對接開發團隊參與技術方案和架構設計，負責相關項目的項目管理。

崗位要求：

• 全日制本科及以上學歷，具備軟件開發及SQL語言編程經驗；
• 2年以上銀行系統建設相關工作經驗，擁有香港銀行從業經驗者優先；
• 有銀行核心系統開發經驗者優先；
• 熟悉香港市場常見金融產品的金融原理和業務流程；
• 具備需求管理或項目管理經驗，從事過BA工作；
• 具備較強的溝通協調能力，具備較好的文檔編寫能力者優先。
