• Specialized in production processes for liquid products, including but not limited to the design of emulsification, mixing, homogenization, filling, and packaging lines.
• Perform process material balance calculations and select key equipment such as reactors, mixing tanks, transfer pumps, and heat exchangers.
• Participate in new product scale-up activities and resolve process bottlenecks during trial production.
• Lead Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and HAZOP studies to ensure inherent process safety.
• Provide technical support to optimize process parameters to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Familiar with typical formulation processes and viscosity control characteristics of liquid detergents, disinfectants, or cream-based products.
• Proficient in Aspen Plus or similar process simulation software.
