• Annual production capacity and batch calculation
• Production scheduling
• Detailed upstream and downstream mass balance calculations (material intakes and discharges for all operating units)
• Familiar with drug substance producing process (included media preparation, buffer preparation, stainless steel bioreactor, purification process), Preparations of PFDs, P&IDs, specifications, data sheets and functional descriptions
• Familiar with stainless steel bioreactor upstream and downstream equipment layout, space requirements and structural requirements
• Familiar with upstream and downstream process flow, personal flow, material flow and waste flow layout requirements
• Familiar with each of drug substance process operation background and cleanness grade.
• Calculate the number of buffer preparation and buffer holding storage tanks
• Calculate the number and capacity of CIP/SIP unit
• Process system clean utility consumption calculation
• Process system black utility consumption calculation
• Calculation of process wastewater
• After communicated with client. Set up design criteria and define operation step for whilst compliant to FDA, NMPA, EMA.
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
• Proficient in CAD software.
