该职位来源于猎聘 1、Drive and manage global patent prosecution across major jurisdictions including China, US, and EP. 2、Work with R&D teams to harvest inventions and shape patent strategy from early-stage concepts. 3、Possess strong prior art search capabilities, with the ability to independently conduct high-quality patent searches and patentability analyses.

4、Develop and manage a growing international patent portfolio aligned with business goals. 5、Coordinate closely with external counsel to ensure high-quality and consistent prosecution strategy worldwide. 6、Provide practical IP guidance on patentability, risk exposure, and portfolio positioning. 7、Support strategic initiatives including partnerships, fundraising, and due diligence. 8、Monitor competitive IP landscapes and help inform strategic decisions. 岗位要求： 1、PRC Patent Agent qualification (China Patent Bar required; PRC licensed attorney preferred). 2、5+ years of in-house experience in pharmaceutical industry 3、Strong understanding of global patent prosecution and cross-border portfolio management. 4、Advanced degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, and other life sciences subjects; PhD preferred. 5、Fluent in English (written and spoken) 6、Strategic mindset with strong drafting and analytical skills. 7、Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities. 8、Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
