该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、分析用户画像，与关键用户保持沟通，通过调研、回访及产品现状分析提炼有效反馈，推动课程产品更新迭代，提升产品满意度和出勤率； 2、深度理解课程功能和亮点，提炼付费课产品卖点，包装产品方案，提升用户认知； 3、负责付费课运营管理，通过有效的运营手段，包括单不限于用户激励、活动运营等，提高用户在线时长和留存； 4、配合制作相关答疑帖、课程辅助功能落地； 5、付费课的上架维护等工作； 任职要求： 1、统招大学本科以上 2、考过雅思、四六级、专四专八者优先 3、具备责任心、有韧劲，认真负责，耐心仔细 4、长时间实习超过4个月 5、会熟练使用PS，视频剪辑软件优先
