- 自治体の情報システムの運用管理
- SQLを使用したデータベースの管理およびメンテナンス
- システムの定期的なバックアップおよびリカバリ作業
- システムの監視およびトラブルシューティング
- 新機能の導入および既存機能の改善
- ユーザーサポートおよび技術的な問い合わせ対応
- 運用手順書およびドキュメントの作成および更新
- 他部門との連携およびプロジェクト支援
