该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：

• Lead and Investigate latest industry technical trends and guide internal develop team to continually upgrade and optimize existing CRM/Call Center system to meet UpToDate customer/marketing requirement.
• Provide and realize the WeChat solution on how to integrate with exist CRM platform not only at service account level but also at WeChat enterprise account
• Provide the new practice idea of WeChat Application regarding as the project requirement or optimization
• Well understating and application of Java, to provide better data process solution to optimize internal agents work
• Work as develop/architect leader in China customer specific tech solution development programs.
• Support proposal preparation and customer discussing for relate project in technology part and lead to deliver the relate tech solution end-to-end with internal or partner resource

任职要求： 1.

5+ working experience in Java developer and experience relate to Wechat technology.

• Experiences in design and implementation of project, like CRM, Wechat or other tech solution projects and marketing team in pharmaceutical industry highly valued.
• Experience in overall architecture of software applications for enterprise application and solutions
• Investigate latest industry technical trends and architecture
• Good communication skills and Partner/Client facing experience
• Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at customer management levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile planning and execution methodologies.
