职责:

• 负责官网、微信公众号、小红书、知乎、微博、论坛等各类新媒体平台的内容撰写及平台运营
• 有较强的策划执行能力，负责新媒体平台的活动策划及执行
• 有较强的数据分析能力，能够进行新媒体平台的内容搜集和竞品分析
• 挖掘平台优势特点，有针对性地进行品牌宣传，提高品牌知名度和影响力
• 监控品牌信息曝光情况，及时补充信息和应对各种情况
• Compose posts and operate different social media platforms, including but not limited to Cheersyou's official website, WeChat official account, Red, Zhihu, Weibo, Forum, etc.
• Have strong planning and execution skills to plan and perform activities on social media platforms
• Have strong data analysis skills to collect relevant content and analyze competitive products on different platforms
• Explore the advantages of platforms; perform targeted branding strategies to increase brand recognition and influence
• Monitor the exposure of brand information to replenish detailed information and deal with various situation

技能:

• 本科及以上学历，有新媒体平台运营经验者优先，就读市场营销学相关专业者优先
• 有一定的平面设计能力，熟悉Adobe软件者优先
• 有扎实的文字功底，极强的语言文字表达能力，敏锐的洞察力，和优秀的策划执行能力
• 灵活应变，有优秀的问题解决能力和数据处理能力
• 熟悉国内外新媒体平台的算法规则与维护推广
• Bachelor's degree is required; experience in new media operations is preferred; a major in marketing and relevant fields is preferred
• Possess graphic design skills; familiarity with Adobe software is preferred
• Have strong writing and language expression skills, a keen sense of insight, and excellent planning and performing ability
• Be flexible; have outstanding problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Familiar with algorithm rules, maintenance, and promotion of global new media platforms
